Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced on-site Subject Matter Expert for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects, coordinating planning, design and execution with Owner/Client and design teams from New Jersey locations.

The role requires seasoned expertise in fit-out installations, MEP/FFE/AV integration, RFI management and cost control, driving schedules, budgets and procurement activities across architects, contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management/related fields.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE experience.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security for design vs. construction timing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Owner/Client interface and lead planning and programming for Office Space Fit-Out.
• Lead on-site management for NJ-based construction activities and ensure architectural components meet standards.
• Seasoned SME for Office Space Fit-Out installations with focus on finishes and specialty installations.
• Lead planning and programming to incorporate facilities operational components into the project design and execution.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning, programming and integration into documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs and maintain written approval flow with clients.
• Manage meeting cadence, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
• Oversee budget & milestone/schedule development and changes for audit trails.
• Assist in RFP generation, interviewing, and cost analysis for team assembly.
• Oversee FF&E and 3rd party procurement processes.
• Manage cost, change control, and engage with construction for value engineering.
