Job summary

Colliers International seeks an experienced on-site leader for Office Space Fit-Out projects, coordinating design, construction, and amenities at client sites in New Jersey. You will manage vendor relations, coordinate RFIs, and ensure adherence to workplace standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have 12+ years in related fields, strong expertise in fit-out, AV/IT planning, and proficiency with MS Project and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Fit-out, AV installations, and all FF&E aspects experience required.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Own Owner/Client interface and design team relationships; main point of contact.
• Lead on-site construction activities for Office Space Fit-Out and amenities.
• Coordinate RFIs and manage approvals in writing.
• Lead IT, Security, and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Moderate project meetings; track action items and maintain schedules.
• Oversee budget and milestone/schedule development; document changes.
