Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support logistics, planning, coordination, and project finances across the project lifecycle. You will partner with Sales and Technical Operations to ensure project success, including kick-offs, equipment ordering, and closeout.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, maintaining documentation, and providing admin support to ensure smooth project execution in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator support role or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and project management software (MS Project).
• Ability to mentor team members and act on behalf of PM when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review project conversions and budgets to align with POs and contracts.
• Provide administrative support for Tech Ops and project teams.
• Coordinate with sales, PM, and procurement across project lifecycle.
• Manage BoM for active projects and assist with billing and AR submittals.
• Coordinate deliveries, scheduling, and project meetings; maintain project documents.
