Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Coordinator to support logistics, planning and coordination across project lifecycles. You will work with Sales and Technical Operations, assist with kick-offs, ordering, tracking and closeout procedures, and help maintain project documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PMs and Tech Ops, handling procurement, scheduling and vendor coordination, and ensuring project success across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role or projects-related role.
• Experience with MS Office suite, especially MS Word.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts for compliance with Diversified's policies and requirements; coordinate with sales and PM to resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to Tech Ops department with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project teams and local management for documentation and milestones.
• Assist in billing processes and change orders within the ERP system as needed.
• Support project lifecycle activities from Initiating to Closing phases and maintain documentation.
