Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project logistics, planning and coordination across the project lifecycle in a virtual U.S. setting.

You will assist with kick-offs, equipment ordering and tracking, procurement, and meeting coordination, working with Sales and Tech Ops to ensure project success. The role emphasizes coordinating with PMs, suppliers, and internal teams, with duties across initiating, purchasing and closing phases, including ERP entries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or project-related experience.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Word.
• Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts for compliance with Diversified's policies.
• Provide clerical support to the Tech Ops department.
• Coordinate project documents, vendor quotes and procurement.
• Assist in project kick-offs, scheduling and meetings.
• Maintain ERP change orders and BoM coordination with PM.
• Coordinate onsite deliveries and inventory for active projects.
• Attend training classes as required by the department.
