Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Coordinator to support logistics, planning and coordination across project lifecycles. You will work with Sales and Technical Operations to kick-off projects, order and track equipment, and ensure documents and procurement are handled efficiently.

The role collaborates with PMs and Tech Ops, coordinating with vendors, managing BoM, and assisting with project change orders and on-site tasks as needed. This is a virtual U.S.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two year technical/business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• AVIXA CTS Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and contracts for compliance with Diversified's policies.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Tech Ops department.
• Coordinate with Sales and PM for project kick-offs and billing.
• Assist in posting project documents and preparing change orders in ERP.
• Coordinate with Procurement and BoM management for active projects.
• Support project meetings and vendor coordination throughout the lifecycle.
