Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to support project kickoff, procurement, scheduling, and closeout. You will liaise with Sales and Tech Ops to ensure alignment with contracts, manage documents, and coordinate with vendors across the project lifecycle.

The role covers budgeting, billing, and procurement, with opportunities to mentor teammates in a dynamic, remote-leaning environment. Strong MS Project & Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with MS Office and Adobe tools.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle from Initiating to Closing.
• Coordinate vendors, equipment ordering and tracking.
• Manage project documentation and billing coordination.
• Attend project meetings and support PMs and Ops teams.
• Ensure compliance with Diversified policies and standards.
• Assist in BoM management and on-site delivery coordination.
