Qualifications

10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets.
Experience recruiting within Audio Visual, technology integration, or related tech services industries.
Proven ability to source, assess, and hire niche technical professionals across Engineering, PMO, Project Delivery, and Field Operations.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, and hire Audio Visual and technology talent across Engineering, PMO, project delivery, and Field Service Technician roles.
Develop talent maps across AV integrators, technology providers, manufacturers, and service markets.
Partner with senior leaders to define workforce needs and talent strategies.
Present curated candidate slates and drive offer negotiations and closings.
Advise hiring leaders on market dynamics, compensation, and role scoping.
