Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Systems Integration Senior Project Coordinator to oversee audiovisual systems integration projects and ensure client success. This is a remote position within the United States, with travel up to 5% as needed.

You will support a range of projects, including video production studios, corporate event centers, and screening rooms, reporting to the Broadcast Systems Integration and Professional Services team— a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, broadcast engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets; ERP system Solutions Q360 preferred

Responsibilities

• Presale support: prepare proposals, templates, pricing, and documentation
• Project initiation and execution: manage quotes, create job IDs, coordinate with PMs, engineers, buyers and vendors
• Project close-out and warranty support: compile submittals, close financials in Q360, set up warranty contracts and RMAs
• Coordinate project billing and provide regular cost reports and backlog data
• Support ad hoc project tasks and maintain project BOMs throughout the lifecycle
• Travel as needed up to 5% and collaborate with cross-functional teams
