Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support rapid growth. This full-time role offers remote work options and requires deep EVMS and IMS experience to lead baselining, performance analysis, and program reviews.

Candidates should have a BA/BS and 8+ years in technical/business environments, including DoD programs. Strong MS Project, Cobra, and scheduling expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment
• Experience with EVMS concepts, analysis and corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC
• Mentor and train teams in PPM tools and processes
• Develop time‑phased budget integrated with IMS to meet objectives
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost data into program data
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits
• Maintain and coordinate IMP/IMS for proposals
