Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support program performance management. The role emphasizes MS Project, EVMS, and tight integration of cost/schedule baselines within contract parameters.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related field.
8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
Proven track record in schedule management and EVMS processes.

Responsibilities

Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
Ensure programs are integrated with IMS, IMP/IMS, and WBS/CI structures.
Serve as SME in program management tools and processes and mentor staff.
Coordinate with IPT leads and PMs across locations and ensure EVMS compliance.
