Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide enforcement of federal, state, and local wage laws across multiple utility-scale projects. This remote role emphasizes audit readiness, regulatory adherence, and proactive risk management with strong collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors, review classifications, and respond to audits, while traveling

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Lead or supervisory experience guiding other compliance professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of DBRA, DOL, prevailing wage enforcement, and public works compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide labor compliance leadership for multiple active projects and contractors.
• Audit and review DOL classification requests and supporting docs for compliance.
• Interpret and apply complex wage determinations, apprenticeships, and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and respond to client and government inquiries.
