Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance for utility-scale projects, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local rules and responding to audits.

The role is fully remote with potential travel to SOLV Energy offices or sites. It requires 5+ years in compliance, an associate degree, and proficiency with LCPTracker and payroll systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years of progressive compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Lead/supervisory experience guiding other compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across regions and projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review DOL classification requests and ensure compliance with wage laws.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefits, and apprenticeship requirements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate findings and reporting gaps.
