Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws on utility-scale construction projects nationwide. This remote role provides expert guidance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence across regions, with travel to offices or jobsites as needed.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor-like or associate education with labor compliance expertise.
5+ years of compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
Lead or supervise other compliance professionals.
Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA and prevailing wage enforcement.

Aufgaben

Provide overall labor compliance leadership for national regions across projects and contractors.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal and subcontracted work.
Audit DOL classification requests and supporting docs for compliance.
Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeships, and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
Conduct proactive compliance audits and risk assessments; address findings and deficiencies.
