SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across national projects, including prevailing wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and payroll submissions.

Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate degree or equivalent with strong labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading or supervising other compliance professionals.
• Proficiency with federal/state labor laws including DBRA, DOL, and public works laws.
• Experience auditing certified payroll and using compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
• Audit and review DOL classification requests and documentation for compliance.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA/Two-Trade rules.
• Lead proactive audits, risk assessments, and remediation of findings.
• Coordinate audits with clients, government agencies, and SOLV leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on wage and public works requirements.
