Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance for utility-scale projects.

The role demands expert knowledge of prevailing wage determinations, payroll audits, and multi-tier subcontractor oversight, with autonomous execution and strong regulatory judgment. This remote role may require travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites; responsibilities include audits, inquiries, and collaborating with clients, legal, payroll, and field

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
5+ years in compliance on federally/state funded construction projects.
Experience guiding and mentoring other compliance professionals.
Strong knowledge of DBRA, DOL, and public works compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide labor compliance leadership across national regions for multiple projects.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
Audit DOL classification requests and ensure federal/state/local compliance.
Interpret wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeships, PLA and related agreements.
Lead proactive audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Serve as contact for audits and inquiries, coordinating with leadership.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on evolving wage laws.
