Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee nationwide wage compliance on utility-scale projects. The role demands deep knowledge of prevailing wage laws, DOL determinations, apprenticeship standards, and complex multi-project coordination across regions.

The remote position may require travel to offices or jobsites. You will lead audits, respond to government inquiries, train staff, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory adherence at all times.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• Minimum 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor other compliance professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of DBRA, DOL, apprenticeship standards, and public works.
• Experience with prevailing wage enforcement and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide labor compliance leadership across multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
• Audit DOL classifications and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprentice requirements, PLA/Two-Trade rules.
• Lead audits, respond to inquiries, and document findings for leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on state-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, payroll, and project teams to ensure reporting.
