Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across national projects, overseeing complex wage determinations, apprenticeship use, and PLA compliance. This role requires strong audit readiness, regulatory interpretation, and collaboration with project teams, clients, and government auditors.

The position is fully remote with occasional travel to SOLV Energy offices or sites; it emphasizes autonomy, decisive judgment, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of federal/state construction compliance experience.
• Experience leading or supervising compliance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of DBRA and DOL wage enforcement, apprenticeship standards, and public works.
• Proficiency with labor compliance systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across projects and contractors.
• Manage prevailing wage compliance for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and supporting docs for compliance.
• Interpret complex labor compliance requirements including wage determinations and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
• Lead audits, respond to findings, and coordinate with government agencies.
