Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with labor compliance expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of federal/state labor laws, including DBRA and DOL rules.
• Experience auditing certified payroll and resolving compliance findings.
• Experience leading multi-project compliance efforts nationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across regions and projects.
• Oversee prevailing wage obligations for internal work and subcontractors.
• Audit DOL classifications and supporting docs for compliance.
• Interpret complex wage determinations, PLA, and apprenticeship rules.
• Lead proactive audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Manage client, government, and third-party audits and responses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on union/public works requirements.
• Mentor and support the Prevailing Wage Compliance Program.
