SOLV Energy, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee prevailing wage compliance for national projects and ensure alignment with federal, state, and local labor laws.

This fully remote role provides autonomy, travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites as needed, and requires strong leadership and regulatory expertise across multiple regions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in labor compliance on complex construction programs, proficiency with

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in labor compliance.
Minimum 5+ years on federal/state funded construction projects with complex compliance.
Experience leading compliance programs and mentoring staff.
Deep knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA, DOL, and public works.
Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, certified payroll audits, risk assessments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across regions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide national labor compliance leadership across active projects and contractors.
Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors.
Audit and review DOL classifications and wage determinations for compliance.
Interpret and apply wage determinations, apprenticeship and PLA requirements.
Lead proactive audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Coordinate audits with clients, regulators, and senior leadership and respond to findings.
