SOLV Energy, a national provider of solar, storage, and substation infrastructure, seeks a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across projects nationwide.

The role operates with high autonomy, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, and readiness for audits. It is fully remote with travel as needed, and discusses location during interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a compliance team.
• Experience handling audits, reporting, and corrective actions across multi-project environments.
• Familiarity with DBRA, DOL enforcement, apprenticeship standards, and public works compliance.
• Expertise in certified payroll auditing and wage determinations.

Responsabilités

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple active projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review classification requests and supporting documents for compliance with labor laws.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, PLA, and related agreements.
• Conduct proactive audits to identify and resolve underpayments or reporting deficiencies.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and auditors; prepare required documentation.
