We are seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance across all regions, ensuring labor laws are met and audits are prepared.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in labor compliance.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading others in compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of DBRA, DOL, and public works rules.
• Proven ability to audit certified payroll and enforce wage rules.
• Experience across multiple projects and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership for projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform and subs.
• Review DOL classification requests for compliance across laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeships, PLA, and Two-Trade.
• Conduct proactive audits, risk assessments, and findings resolution.
• Coordinate audits with clients, government agencies, and SOLV leadership.
