The Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist will lead labor compliance across all regions, handling wage determinations, audits and complex regulatory requirements remotely with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years in federal/state construction compliance.
• Lead or supervisory experience in compliance teams.
• Expertise in DBRA, DOL, prevailing wage enforcement.
• Experience across multiple projects/regions.
• Proficient with LCPTracker and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform and subs.
• Audit DOL classifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret wage determinations and apprenticeship standards.
• Coordinate client, government audits and responses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on enforcement trends.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting.
