Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance on federal and state projects nationwide.

This fully remote role requires strong analytical, leadership, and regulatory expertise to ensure audit-ready documentation and adherence to wage determinations across multiple regions. You will oversee complex obligations for internal self-perform work and multi-tier subcontractors, coordinate with clients and agencies, and stay ahead of evolving wage

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with labor compliance expertise.
Minimum 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
Experience leading/supervising other compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple active projects and contractors.
Manage complex prevailing wage compliance obligations for internal and subcontractor work.
Review and audit DOL classifications and documentation for compliance.
Apply prevailing wage, apprenticeship, skilled workforce, PLA and related requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and corrective actions for findings and deficiencies.
Coordinate audits with clients, government agencies, and senior leadership.
