Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance across federal, state, and local regulations for nationwide projects. This remote role supports projects with multi-tier contractors and requires travel to SOLV offices or jobsites as needed.

The position emphasizes autonomy, regulatory adherence, audit readiness, and escalation leadership in prevailing wage compliance. Travel may be required for audits and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience in lead or supervisory roles guiding other compliance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of DBRA and DOL, wage enforcement, and public works compliance.
• Proficiency with LCPTracker and payroll documentation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple projects and regions.
• Audit and review DOL classifications and supporting documents for compliance.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship requirements, and PLA/Two-Trade agreements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions for findings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies during audits and inquiries.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and reporting tools.
