SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance for federal, state, and local requirements on utility-scale projects.

This role ensures audit readiness, regulatory adherence, and accurate documentation across projects and personnel nationwide. You will interpret wage determinations, oversee complex obligations for multi-tier subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and government agencies, while working remotely with travel as

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience in lead/supervisory roles with mentoring colleagues.
• Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA and DOL, prevailing wage enforcement and public works.
• Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement, certified payroll auditing, risk assessment and investigations.
• Experience managing compliance across multiple projects, contractors and regions, meeting deadlines.
• High professional judgment, discretion and integrity handling sensitive matters.
• Proficiency with payroll monitoring systems (LCPTracker) and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall labor compliance leadership for national regions across projects and contractors.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal work and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests and supporting docs for compliance.
• Interpret and apply complex labor compliance requirements including wage determinations and PLAs.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve findings.
• Serve as point of contact for audits and inquiries, coordinating with senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on evolving labor compliance laws and enforcement trends.
