We are seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance across regions, manage complex wage obligations, and ensure audit readiness for regulated construction programs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading or supervising compliance professionals.
• Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement, audited payroll, and labor compliance investigations.
• Proficiency with labor compliance systems (e.g., LCPTracker) and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall labor compliance leadership for national regions across multiple projects and contractors.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal self-perform work and multi-tier subcontractors.
• Review and audit DOL classifications and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Interpret and apply complex labor compliance requirements including wage determinations and apprenticeship mandates.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and resolve findings with corrective actions.
• Serve as contact for client, third-party, and government audits and inquiries.
