Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance for utility-scale projects. You will oversee complex obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors, review classifications, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws.

The role requires independent judgment, strong audit capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work with travel to offices/sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading a team of compliance professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA and DOL.
• Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement and certified payroll auditing.
• Experience across multiple projects and regions.
• Strong communication and audit response skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across regions for projects and contractors.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
• Review DOL classification requests and ensure compliance with laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeship, and PLA requirements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify findings and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary contact for audits and inquiries with clients and government bodies.
• Monitor changes in labor laws and advise on enforcement trends.
