Job summary

SOLV Energy is a national provider of infrastructure services for the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility-scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects. We seek a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance across all regions and projects.

This fully remote role, with possible travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites, emphasizes wage determinations, audits, and regulatory adherence with expert guidance to leadership and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years in federal/state construction compliance.
• Lead or supervise compliance professionals.
• Deep knowledge of DBRA, DOL, and public works.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal and subcontractors.
• Review DOL classifications and ensure compliance with wage laws.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeships, and PLA/Two-Trade requirements.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments; respond to findings.
