Kin Insurance seeks a Policy Forms Senior Analyst to lead drafting for personal auto or property line expansions. You will draft complete state and product forms, maintain base and state kits, and collaborate with counsel to file with regulators.

You’ll shape standards and templates for faster future filings. You will work in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment focused on growth, compliance, and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of policy form drafting experience.
• Experience drafting personal lines policy forms for multiple states.
• Ability to read state statutes and translate requirements into policy language.
• Experience drafting responses to regulator objections.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the most complex new-state packages and develop the drafting approach for the team.
• Draft complete new state and product forms packages for your line of business, including base policies and endorsements.
• Build and maintain countrywide base forms and reusable state kit.
• Research state statutes and regulations and translate them into compliant wording.
• Draft responses to Department of Insurance objections and participate in regulatory discussions.
