Job summary

Kin is seeking a Policy Forms Senior Analyst to draft state and product forms for personal auto or property lines as the company expands into new states. You will craft base forms, endorsements, notices, and state kits, with attorney review as the final check before filing.

You’ll own drafts from research to filing, set drafting standards, and mentor teammates while collaborating with counsel. This role emphasizes independent work and cross-state expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of policy form drafting experience.
• Experience drafting personal lines policy forms for multiple states.
• Ability to read state statutes and translate requirements into policy language.
• Experience drafting responses to regulator objections on form filings.
• Track record of independently producing complete forms packages with attorney review as the only check.

Responsibilities

• Draft complete state and product forms packages for personal auto and property lines, including base policies, endorsements, notices, and required documents.
• Build and maintain countrywide base forms and reusable state kits.
• Lead drafting standards and reusable language for faster state package production.
• Research statutes and regulations and translate into compliant policy wording.
• Serve as backup for other lines and lead knowledge sharing on Kin policy forms.
