Job summary

Branch is hiring a Senior Policy Forms & QA Analyst to own the development and maintenance of personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across multiple states. You’ll test outputs to ensure they match filed versions and work with Compliance and Underwriting to implement rating changes.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration and a strong eye for detail. You’ll join a small contracts, compliance and QA team and contribute to automation efforts while expanding Branch’s footprint

Qualifications

• Experience developing contracts, forms and endorsements for personal lines insurance.
• Ability to interpret policy language and identify coverage differences.
• Experience drafting and reviewing filings with state authorities.
• Proven QA methodology, with test plans and defect tracking.
• Ability to read system output and verify it matches filings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across states and lines.
• Complete filings and respond to regulatory inquiries on the contract.
• Serve as resident expert on contract terms for product lines.
• Carry ongoing compliance reviews as products and regulations change.
• Test product output to verify filings align with what was shipped and filed.
• Build and maintain test plans, test cases and defect tracking for changes.
• Partner with Product, Underwriting, Pricing, Actuarial and Tech on cross-cutting changes.
