Job summary

Kin Insurance seeks a Policy Forms Senior Analyst to draft and file state-specific forms for personal auto or property lines. You will own the drafting process from research to attorney review, building reusable templates and standards to accelerate future state filings.

The role emphasizes independent work, regulatory interpretation, and collaboration with Legal & Compliance to ensure compliant, market-ready forms across multiple states. Remote-first with Florida-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of policy form drafting experience.
• Experience drafting personal lines policy forms for multiple states.
• Ability to read state statutes and convert requirements into policy language.
• Experience drafting responses to regulator objections on form filings.
• Track record of independent drafting with attorney review as the only check.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the most complex new-state packages and develop the drafting approach.
• Draft complete new state and product forms packages ready for filing.
• Build and maintain countrywide base forms and reusable state kits.
• Research state statutes and translate into compliant policy wording.
• Lead drafting standards and reusable language for faster state packaging.
• Own drafts from research to attorney-approved final, independently.
• Support knowledge sharing on policy forms across Kin’s lines.
