Job summary

Branch is seeking a Senior Policy Forms & QA Analyst to own the development and maintenance of personal lines contracts and endorsements across multiple states. You will ensure filings align with approvals, and you’ll test outputs to confirm accuracy and formatting.

Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, Contract & QA, you’ll join a small team focusing on compliance, filings, and QA. The role expands with pricing changes and state rollouts, with ongoing QA automation in partnership with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance contract and forms development.
• Policy language interpretation to identify coverage differences.
• Contract drafting and compliance review in an insurance context.
• Experience preparing filings or regulatory responses.
• QA planning, test case development and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across multiple states and lines of business.
• Complete filings and respond to regulatory inquiries on the contract.
• Serve as a resident expert on the contract terms for our product lines.
• Carry ongoing compliance review as products, systems and regulations change.
• Test product output to confirm it matches what was filed, in function and formatting.
