Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to advance technical sales with partners, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and mentor junior team members. The role spans virtual and in-person engagements, requiring strong communication and deep Relativity product knowledge.

You will drive partner engagement, support RFx processes, craft presentations, and contribute to security and risk discussions. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of field activities.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications, with four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.
• Relativity Master status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Master within 18 months of employment.
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Relativity’s efforts to acquire and grow accounts through virtual and in person technical sales consulting.
• Lead Partner engagement, including agendas, presentations, and partner-centric materials for training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert; participate in sales calls, manage product demos and Proof of Concept projects.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Executives and onboarding teams; support sales readiness programs.
• Support RFx and risk assessment workflows; assist with proposals addressing business needs.
