PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead enterprise restaurant technology implementations. You will own onboarding from kickoff through go-live, guiding customers and internal partners with structure and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or related customer-facing functions.
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong project management skills including scoping, timelines and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions and launches.
• Lead digital menu and channel implementations across first-party and third-party platforms.
• Navigate POS integrations and menu/catalog mapping in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Identify gaps and help scale onboarding with repeatable playbooks and processes.
• Use AI tools to improve planning, metrics, and reporting.
• Mentor the onboarding team and shape scaling of the function.
