Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead complex enterprise restaurant implementations for our digital ordering platform. You will own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, balancing customer needs with technical dependencies and internal priorities.

You will work remotely across the US, guiding customers and internal teams, and mentoring junior staff while shaping scalable onboarding practices.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or closely related customer-facing functions.
Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology is valuable.
Strong project management skills including scoping, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to lead complex enterprise implementations and migrations independently.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and reporting.
Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
Lead menu/channel implementations and POS integrations with internal teams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed implementation insights back to teams.
Develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and documentation to scale the function.
Leverage AI tools to improve planning, metrics, and status reporting.
