Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead complex enterprise restaurant implementations and migrations to our digital ordering platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding, guide customers through decisions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape scalable processes.

This remote role reports to the Director of Program Management and offers opportunities to mentor others while expanding leadership responsibilities as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SaaS onboarding experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology is highly valued.
• Strong project-management discipline and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end, from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder updates.
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
• Lead digital menu and channel implementations with first- and third-party marketplaces.
• Navigate POS integrations and menu/catalog mapping with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather insights and anticipate dependencies.
• Identify gaps, develop repeatable playbooks, and scale the onboarding function.
• Utilize AI tools to improve planning, metrics, and reporting.
• Mentor and raise performance standards within the ordering onboarding team.
• Contribute to scaling initiatives as the team and business grow.
