PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead enterprise restaurant implementations on our digital ordering platform. You will own end-to-end engagements from kickoff to go-live, guiding customers and internal partners through complex decisions with a structured, proactive approach.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding
• experience in SaaS onboarding - adjacent experience such as implementation, project management, technical consulting or related customer-facing function
• Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology industry
• experience with digital ordering, menu/catalog mapping, POS integrations, or first- and third-party ordering channels
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and integrations
• A track record of independently leading complex enterprise implementations and migrations, ideally for multi-location customers
• Strong project management skills: scoping, timelines, risk management, governance, executive-level status communication
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to translate complex tech into actionable recommendations
• Balancing competing customer needs, tech dependencies, internal priorities, and timelines
• Continuous-improvement mindset

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions
• Lead complex digital menu and channel implementations (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub)
• Navigate POS integrations and menu mapping with customers and internal teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed implementation insights
• Identify gaps and develop repeatable playbooks, processes, and docs to scale the function
• Use AI tools to improve planning, timelines, and status reporting
• Mentor the onboarding team and raise delivery standards
• Shape scaling of the Ordering onboarding function as team/business evolves
