• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or closely related customer-facing functions.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology is highly valued.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex enterprise implementations and migrations.

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
