Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or adjacent roles.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding or adjacent: implementation, project management, technical consulting, or similar.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) technology is valuable.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Ability to lead complex enterprise implementations for multi-location customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
• Lead digital menu and channel implementations including first- and third-party ordering channels.
• Navigate POS integrations and menu/catalog mapping with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed implementation insights.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and processes to scale the function.
• Use AI tools to improve planning and reporting.
• Mentor the ordering onboarding team and raise standards.
• Help shape scaling of the Ordering onboarding function as the team grows.
