PAR Technology is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead enterprise restaurant implementations on our digital ordering platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding from kickoff through go-live, guiding customers and internal teams, and mentoring other onboarding professionals.

This is a senior IC role with potential to grow into broader leadership as the function scales. You will work across cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, and ensure successful launches for

Qualifications

3–5+ years of SaaS onboarding or closely related functions (implementation, project management, or consulting).
Experience in QSR tech or related digital ordering channels is highly valued.
Strong project-management discipline with scoping, timelines, risks, and governance.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Serve as primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate onboarding insights into product improvements.
Develop repeatable playbooks and documentation to scale the function.
Utilize AI tools to enhance planning, metrics analysis, and reporting.
