Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of SaaS onboarding experience.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) tech is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and status updates.
• Serve as the primary onboarding partner for customers throughout initiation to launch.
• Lead digital menu and channel implementations with partners (third-party marketplaces).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed insights and align with product roadmaps.
