PAR Technology Corporation seeks a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering to lead complex enterprise restaurant implementations on PAR’s digital ordering platform. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding from kickoff through go-live, translating complex tech into clear customer value.

You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor with room to grow into leadership as the function scales, mentoring teammates and shaping scalable playbooks for multi-location customers across the US.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of SaaS onboarding experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with restaurant technology, POS, or ordering channels is valuable.
• Strong project-management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor onboarding team members and develop scalable playbooks.
