Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide and maintain network connectivity for One Call networks. Responsibilities include device configurations, OS and software upgrades, deployment of routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls, plus troubleshooting and incident resolution using a CMS.

The role emphasizes independent and team collaboration, documenting status updates, and maintaining network documentation. Remote-first with strong integration into company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of network technologies (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS).
• Ability to work independently or in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures; identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.
• Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.
• Responds to customer requests as defined by management, completing assignments promptly with an acceptable level of quality.
• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures.
• Prepares activity reports as requested by management.
