Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to maintain and improve network connectivity for One Call networks. You will configure devices, perform OS and software upgrades, and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.

You will troubleshoot circuit equipment and network issues with proactive incident handling. The role requires strong communication, a solid IT foundation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team within a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls and DNS.
• Familiarity with operating systems and IT technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow network services processes and document improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide corrective procedures.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Maintain network services documentation.
• Complete network change requests per SLAs.
• Maintain network lab and equipment inventory.
• Work independently or in a team and handle multiple tasks.
