You will troubleshoot issues, monitor incidents, and document resolutions using a CMS. The position emphasizes remote work in a home office, with opportunities to collaborate with a team and support ongoing network service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of network services/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and suggest improvements.
• Respond to customer requests and complete assignments promptly.
• Troubleshoot network problems and recommend corrective procedures.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
