Job summary

One Call is seeking a senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support network services across the One Call infrastructure. The role focuses on routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and related protocols, with responsibilities across incident response and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on network experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on network services experience.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS and routing protocols.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network services processes and identify improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests per management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Maintain network services documentation and change requests per SLAs.
• Assist with lab and equipment inventory and related duties.
