Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support network infrastructure for its remote-first workforce. You will configure devices, manage OS and firmware upgrades, and troubleshoot incidents while documenting status updates in the CMS system.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, familiarity with routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and routing protocols, and excellent communication skills to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field required.
• 5–7 years of hands-on network engineering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented network service processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide customer service duties as defined by management.
• Troubleshoot network problems and propose corrective procedures.
• Prepare activity reports as requested by management.
• Maintain network services documentation and change requests per SLAs.
• Maintain network lab and equipment inventory.
