Job summary

One Call in the United States seeks a Senior Network Engineer to maintain and enhance network connectivity across One Call networks. You will configure devices, upgrade operating systems and software, and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.

You will troubleshoot circuit equipment, monitor incidents, and document status updates in the CMS, collaborating to improve processes. A Bachelor's in a technical field and 5–7 years of hands-on network experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow network service processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests.
• Troubleshoot network issues and document resolutions.
• Prepare activity reports and maintain documentation.
• Complete change requests per SLAs.
